Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from FIORI CELEBRATIONS. We reserve the right to decline any booking request based on availability or other business considerations.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate event details, including event date, venue, guest count, decoration preferences, and any special requirements.
Pricing & Payments
All quotations provided by FIORI CELEBRATIONS are based on the agreed event requirements. Prices may change if the client requests additional services, decorations, or modifications after the quotation has been issued.
Advance payments are required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the agreed payment schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely approvals, accurate information, venue access, and any permissions required for installation and event setup. Delays caused by incomplete information or restricted venue access may affect the delivery of our services.
Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes to event dates, venues, decoration themes, guest counts, or service requirements should be made as early as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature and timing of the requested changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once planning, procurement, or vendor bookings have commenced.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including logos, text, photographs, graphics, event designs, videos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of FIORI CELEBRATIONS unless otherwise stated.
